During the third quarter of 2021, the top dining and restaurant applications on the Android platform in Germany demonstrated varied performance trends. Here's a closer look at how McDonald’s Deutschland, Burger King Deutschland, KFC, McDonald's, and Subway® - Official App fared in terms of weekly downloads and active users.

McDonald’s Deutschland saw a steady performance in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 26.8K at the end of June and peaking at 35.8K in the first week of September. The app's active users fluctuated, reaching a high of about 530K in early August before settling at around 474K by the end of September.

Burger King Deutschland experienced a more varied trend in weekly downloads, beginning at 15.8K in late June and peaking at 20.7K in the first week of July. Active users for the app showed a slight decline, starting at around 318K and ending the quarter at approximately 323K.

KFC maintained a moderate level of weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Downloads started at 12.4K in late June and saw a peak of 16.1K in late August. Active users showed minor fluctuations, reaching a high of about 121K in late August and closing the quarter at around 108K.

McDonald's showed consistent growth in weekly downloads, beginning at 4.7K in late June and hitting a peak of 14.7K in early September. Active users for the app also saw a gradual increase, starting at 81.2K and reaching approximately 94.4K by early September, before slightly declining to around 78.5K by the end of the quarter.

Finally, Subway® - Official App displayed a stable download pattern, with numbers hovering around 4K throughout the quarter. The app's active users remained steady, starting at 23.1K in late June and ending the quarter at approximately 23.5K.
